Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Anna (she/her), a licensed therapist with a passion for supporting people through the often-overlooked challenges of parenting, loss, and life transitions. I specialize in working with individuals navigating fertility struggles, pregnancy and postpartum adjustments, grief and loss, death and life transitions. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), and have a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C). I also offer equine-assisted therapy at a peaceful farm setting, which can be especially powerful for clients seeking connection, regulation, and healing beyond talk therapy. You don’t have to go through this alone—I offer a space where you can show up as you are.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is warm, relational, and rooted in the belief that you are not a problem to fix—you are a person to support. I use a trauma-informed, person-centered lens and integrate evidence-based practices to fit your unique needs. I’ll meet you where you are, whether you’re looking to process something deeply emotional or just need someone to talk to without judgment. Sessions may include somatic work, mindfulness tools, and—in equine sessions—interactions with horses that help foster insight and connection. Above all, I believe in creating a space where you feel seen, safe, and genuinely supported.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect to leave sessions feeling a little more grounded, less alone, and more connected to your own voice. Together, we’ll work on building coping tools, unpacking tough emotions, and creating space for healing. My clients often say they feel understood in a way they haven’t before—and that our work gives them permission to be both honest and hopeful. If you're open to it, equine-assisted sessions can deepen this work in unique and powerful ways. Whatever path we take, my goal is to help you move through life with more clarity, compassion, and confidence.
