I have a holistic approach to therapy based on body/mind integration. I work with clients to develop skills to regulate your nervous system, utilize non-judgment tools such as self-compassion and self-appreciation, and explore core values. When appropriate, I discuss with and support clients to implement wellness practices such as nutrition, movement, and mindfulness as a further support for mental health.
I believe that within all of us we have an innate capacity to move towards wholeness and wellness. The therapeutic journey enables us to connect to this capacity and develop ways of being that better serve us. My desire is to work collaboratively with you to discover what you want for your life and then develop the tools and skills that will move you in this direction.
