Great to meet you!

Hi there! I’m glad you’re here. Beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, and you’re not alone if you feel uncertain or stuck. I’m here to support you on this journey. My goal is to create a non-judgmental and inclusive space where you feel seen, heard, and valued. I specialize in working with South Asian/Asian Americans and bring an understanding of the complexities of living between multiple worlds, including culture, spirituality, and familial roles and expectations. I center each person’s unique lived experiences and strive to create a therapeutic space that feels affirming.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, strengths-based and tailored to your goals. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and everyday stressors. Together, our work will focus on building resilience, fostering insight, and moving toward clarity and healing.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is an opportunity for reflection and meaningful change. When you feel ready, I invite you to reach out — I look forward to connecting.
