Great to meet you!

Welcome to Mateh Behavioral Health & Wellness. I am a doctoral-prepared Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner committed to providing compassionate, personalized, and evidence-based mental health care in a safe and supportive environment. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, and other behavioral health concerns across the lifespan, with a special passion for women’s mental health and wellness, including perinatal/postpartum care, hormonal mood changes, and holistic emotional wellbeing. My approach combines expert medication management, supportive therapy, and whole-person wellness strategies—empowering every client to feel heard, valued, and confident on their journey toward healing and lasting wellness.

My approach to therapy

During your first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where your story truly matters. We’ll spend time getting to know you—your concerns, history, goals, and what brought you to treatment—so I can develop a clear understanding of your needs. Together, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy, and practical wellness strategies tailored to your goals. My priority is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about your path forward.
