Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) providing virtual care to adults in Wyoming and Nebraska. I have a background as a registered nurse and advanced practice provider, which allows me to combine strong clinical skills with a practical, down-to-earth approach.

I specialize in ADHD, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, alcohol & substance use, and women’s mental health, including PMDD, perimenopause, and menopause. I work primarily with adults who want thoughtful, individualized care and a provider who looks at the full picture—not just sx or diagnoses.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, whole-person, and evidence-based. I combine medication management with lifestyle strategies, targeted supplements, mindfulness practices, HRT, and neuromodulation options such as TMS/rTMS when appropriate.

I focus on understanding your personal hx, strengths, stressors, and goals so treatment feels tailored—not one-size-fits-all. My goal is to help you feel better, function better, and build long-term resilience, not just manage symptoms.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a comprehensive, supportive evaluation focused on getting to know you as a person. We’ll review your current concerns, mental health hx, medical hx, past treatments, and what has or hasn’t worked for you before.

We’ll also talk about your goals and what you’re hoping to gain from care. By the end of the session, you can expect a clear treatment plan, education about your options, and time for questions—so you leave feeling informed, understood, and supported.
