Great to meet you!

I want clients to know that my approach is both empathetic and action-oriented. I’ll help you uncover the roots of your emotions and behaviors, and together we’ll create strategies that foster growth, confidence, and a greater sense of balance. My mission is to empower you to make lasting changes that improve your overall quality of life.

My approach to therapy

I help clients break through the barriers standing between where they are and where they want to be. Our sessions are a space for honest exploration and practical change—where we dig into what’s really getting in the way and craft strategies that move you forward. My role is to meet you where you are, walk alongside you, and equip you with the tools to grow, heal, and thrive independently.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming and judgment-free space to simply be themselves. We’ll take time to explore what brings you to therapy, what you hope to achieve, and what has (or hasn’t) worked in the past. I move at your pace, allowing you to share as much or as little as feels comfortable. Together, we’ll start identifying patterns, setting intentions, and building the foundation for meaningful change. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the process ahead.
