My name is Anna Pond, I am the Owner and Clinical Director at Cairn Mental Health and I specialize in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
I completed my Masters’ degree at Simmons University with a specialization in Trauma and Addictions. I also carry a Bachelors degree in Recreation Management with a minor in Psychology.
My own journey of healing began when I entered Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT). It changed my world. I am excited to add the benefits of Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to my list of resources for working with clients. As a therapist I am passionate about sharing the skills I learned (and continue to live by) to help others increase their own capacity to build a life worth living.
