Great to meet you!

My name is Anna Rebecca Quinn, and I am a holistic psychotherapist. I am a therapist who sees you as a whole person comprised of a body, mind, and spirit, and I include all parts of you in your healing journey. I also see each individual and couple as a part of a larger community system, who is an important part of you. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor of 26 years, a Registered Play Therapist, and a certified Imago Relationship Therapist. My client base these days is comprised mostly of individuals, couples, teens, and elders. I don't currently have a play therapy office to do play therapy for kids, but as a kid's therapist of many years, I can be of great service to parents or caregivers who need parenting support.

My approach to therapy

If you're looking to talk with someone who is very open-minded, experienced in a big variety of mental health challenges, and easy to talk to, I may be the therapist for you. I see each of my clients as a very unique combination of gifts, talents, strengths and challenges. I am always seeking to uncover and build upon my client's internal strengths and external resources, that they can utilize to change their own lives for the better.

What you can expect from me

What you can expect from your first session with me, is just an easy-going conversation where I ask a lot of questions in my desire to get to know you, and what you might like to accomplish from some counseling at this time. In our first session, we will together, come up with some goals that we can work together to accomplish.
