Great to meet you!

I work with queer and BIPOC adults who are tired of performing competence while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected underneath. You may be highly capable, driven, and successful, yet still rely on shape-shifting, self-abandonment, or overfunctioning in ways that once helped you survive. Now those patterns are creating strain in your body, your relationships, and your daily life. You want a deeper kind of healing—one that helps you feel more clear, grounded, more honest, and more authentically yourself.

I offer somatic and relational therapy for queer and BIPOC professionals navigating chronic stress, anxiety, burnout, and identity confusion. I help you understand your body’s responses to pressure, unravel survival patterns that keep you stuck, and build grounded ways of being rooted in clarity, self-trust, and emotional ease—even in high-stakes roles.

If you’re ready to feel like your real self—not the version you’ve performed to succeed—I’d love to support you. As a former professional dancer, I understand high-pressure environments and the body’s brilliance under stress. Somatic therapy can help you find lasting steadiness, clarity, and relief. Reach out for a consultation to see if we’re a good fit.

My approach to therapy

I work somatically and relationally — meaning we use what happens in your body, and between us in the room, as the primary data. I'll guide you in relearning your inner cues, making sense of old survival strategies, and reconnecting to the part of you that already knows how to stay grounded, courageous, and clear about who you are and what matters. If you're curious about the modalities I use (the way I think about our work), I'd recommend googling "AEDP "and "IFS."

What you can expect from me

I have two main goals in our first session together: creating an environment that begins to cultivate trust and for my client to leave feeling a palpable sense of either hope or relief. We will review your intake together, I'll clarify what I'm curious about or want more details on, and I'll support you in learning how to tune into your body and your emotional experience in ways that feel both challenging and safe.
