Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions, as well as those exploring questions of faith, identity, and meaning. My goal is to help you cultivate clarity, balance, and self-compassion, so you can feel more grounded, resilient, and aligned with the life you want to live.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and active. My work draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This means our sessions may involve exploring the different “parts” of you, uncovering the deeper roots of your struggles, and developing practical tools to shift unhelpful thoughts and behaviors.

In our work together, you can expect compassion, curiosity and collaboration. I listen deeply and help you build insight into who you are, while also identifying strategies to support emotional regulation, healthier relationships, and day-to-day challenges.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will spend time getting to know you and your story, including what’s bringing you to therapy now and what you’re hoping for. We’ll also talk about how I work, what feels most supportive to you, and how we can shape our sessions together. We’ll talk about your goals, answer any questions you may have, and collaborate on what feels most helpful moving forward. There’s no expectation to share everything right away—this is simply the starting point. If therapy feels overwhelming, that’s completely okay—I strive to meet you exactly as you are and move at a pace that feels manageable and supportive.
