Great to meet you!

I am Anna Rozengauz, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 18 years of experience

helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and the kind of life transitions that

leave you feeling stuck or uncertain about what comes next. I work with people who are

often high-functioning on the outside but privately exhausted — people who want to

feel more in control of their emotions and more at ease in their own lives. I offer

sessions in both English and Russian, and I work with many clients from Eastern

European and immigrant backgrounds who want a therapist who understands their

cultural frame of reference as much as their symptoms.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and practical, grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

and shaped by 18 years of real clinical experience. I do not believe in one-size-fits-all

treatment. We will start by understanding the specific patterns — thoughts, behaviors,

emotional responses — that are keeping you from where you want to be, and we will

work systematically to shift them. I draw on CBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, and

solution-focused methods depending on what actually fits you. Sessions are structured and purposeful without being rigid. I make space for deeper work when it is needed,

especially when past experiences are part of what we are dealing with.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a real conversation, not an intake form read out loud. I will ask about

what brought you in, what you have already tried, and what you are hoping life looks

like on the other side of this. You will have space to share as much or as little as feels

right. By the end of the session, you will have a clearer sense of what we would work

on together and what the path forward could look like. Most clients leave that first

session feeling like they have already started — which is the point.
