Great to meet you!

Hello I am Anna Salinas, a dedicated Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I specialize in diagnosing, treating and prescribing psychiatric medication management for individuals struggling with ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, insomnia, Autism, eating disorders, and bipolar disorders. My focus is helping patients feel more stable, focused, and functional through careful evaluation, clear diagnosis, and thoughtful medication planning.

Many patients seek care because symptoms are affecting work, school, relationships, or daily life. Whether you are newly seeking treatment or looking for more effective medication management, I work with you to create a plan that makes sense and feels manageable.

My approach to therapy

My approach is friendly, holistic and collaborative. Medication decisions are made carefully, with attention to:

Accurate diagnosis and symptom patterns

Benefits, side effects, and tolerability

Individual goals and daily functioning

Ongoing monitoring and adjustments over time

I believe medication should support your life—not complicate it.

What you can expect from me

My practice is welcoming to patients from childhood to adulthood and from all cultural and ethnic backgrounds. The initial appointment will be an hour-long session where we will discuss your reason for seeking treatment as well as psychiatric, medical and social history. At the end of the initial session, diagnoses will be made and a mutually agreed upon treatment plan will be developed which could include medication and therapy treatment options. Follow up appointments will address medication concerns or adjustments.
