Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should feel both supportive and purposeful. My work is grounded in a relational, individualized approach—one that honors your experiences while helping you move toward the changes you want to see in your life. Using trauma-informed, relational, psychodynamic/attachment oriented, and somatic perspectives, I pay close attention to your nervous system, your relationships, and the patterns that shape your experience.

My approach to therapy

People often come to therapy during difficult or uncertain seasons. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin to create clarity where things have felt overwhelming. My goal is to offer steady, compassionate support while helping you reconnect with your own capacity for growth, direction, and change.

What you can expect from me

I also have specialized training in perinatal mental health and enjoy working with individuals navigating infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into parenthood. This stage of life can bring both profound meaning and unexpected challenges, and therapy can offer important support along the way. While this is an area of focus for me, I also work broadly with individuals across many different concerns and life circumstances, and welcome you to reach out regardless of what brings you to therapy.
