Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I will assist you in identifying negative thoughts or patterns and help you work towards your goals. I believe that each client should have a unique and personalized experience throughout the counseling process. I have worked with clients who have experienced grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, suicide ideation, or just the emotional chaos of being alive.
The intake session is all about getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. No pressure and no need to have it all figured out! We will chat about your story, your goals, and what you hope to get out of our time together, in a comfortable and judgement free space.
