Anna Sidorchuk

My name is Anna Sidorchuk and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) specializing in Trauma Informed Somatic Psychotherapy. I am based in Los Angeles, CA and work with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with individuals, teens, and couples and specialize in eating disorders, sex and relationship therapy, anxiety and mood disorders, codependency and trauma, life transitions, and LGBTQIA focused care to support my clients in healing and building fulfilling lives.

I utilize multiple modalities and create an individually tailored holistic approach for each client based on their needs. My theoretical orientations are rooted in Somatic Psychotherapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), IFS (Internal Family Systems), Depth Psychology and Humanistic Psychology. I provide my clients with tools and psychological support to heal from various forms of trauma and create lasting change in their lives.

I approach goal setting as a cocreated process between my therapy clients and myself. I get curious about my clients’ unique experience, and we collaborate on short term and long term goals that meets their immediate needs and their vision for the lives they want to create. My ultimate goal with clients is to support them in building their sovereignty, skill sets, and belief in themselves to one day no longer need my services.
