I'm dually licensed to treat individuals, families and couples and can also treat addiction issues.I'm happily married for thirty six years and am mother to two adult children.I have both professional and personal experience with the complexities of marriage and family life. I view recovery as a personal process for each person. As a Recovery Coach, I respect your perspective and integrity and will help you formulate specific recovery goals and coach you to meet those goals.

My approach to therapy

I use a client centered holistic approach, you know best your situation, difficulties and goals. I focus on mind, body spirit also as these contribute to your mental and overall health.

What you can expect from me

I have over two decades of experience as a therapist and am very familiar with the use of psychotropic medications and can coordinate care with your psychiatrist or physician to ensure better symptom management long term. My compassionate, yet firm approach has helped patients lead happy and productive lives. I don't help you make excuses nor recommend therapy indefinitely. I genuinely care for every patient and design treatment plans to meet the unique challenges of every client.
