I believe that clients are the experts of their lived experiences. My practice is rooted in a client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach. I place great importance on honoring and centering each person’s identity(ies), as this is critical to meaningful and effective therapeutic work.
I am passionate about helping people find their voice, cultivate joy, and develop sustainable self-care practices. While I work with individuals and couples facing a wide range of mental health and wellness concerns, I specialize in supporting those navigating life transitions—including health-related issues, career changes, workplace challenges, and identity-based trauma. I have a particular focus on working with women from racially minoritized communities.
