Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Anna (she/her), and I am a clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience across a variety of therapeutic and educational settings. I am committed to supporting individuals as they navigate life’s twists and turns with warmth, authenticity, and care.

My approach to therapy

I believe that clients are the experts of their lived experiences. My practice is rooted in a client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach. I place great importance on honoring and centering each person’s identity(ies), as this is critical to meaningful and effective therapeutic work.

I am passionate about helping people find their voice, cultivate joy, and develop sustainable self-care practices. While I work with individuals and couples facing a wide range of mental health and wellness concerns, I specialize in supporting those navigating life transitions—including health-related issues, career changes, workplace challenges, and identity-based trauma. I have a particular focus on working with women from racially minoritized communities.

What you can expect from me

"Together, we will create therapeutic goals that align with your unique identity, are realistic and attainable, and reflect the changes you hope to achieve. Our work will focus on fostering meaningful progress that leads to a more balanced, fulfilling, and empowered life."
