Great to meet you!

Feeling stuck in the same patterns even though you know better? Maybe you’re overthinking, navigating relationship struggles, recovering from betrayal, or simply exhausted from holding everything together. Therapy with me is real, collaborative, and judgment-free. Bring what’s on your mind, and we’ll figure out what to do with it together.

I believe therapy should feel like a genuine conversation, not a checklist. Sometimes you need a sounding board. Sometimes you need help connecting the dots or looking at something differently. I’m warm, conversational, and collaborative, using CBT and EMDR to help you understand patterns and work through what’s weighing on you.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, conversational, and collaborative. I’ll bring questions, observations, perspective, and support, but I also believe therapy works best when we’re both participating in the process. You don’t need to walk into every session with a perfectly organized list of things to talk about, but I do want to hear what’s going on with you and what feels important in your world.

Some sessions might go deep. Some might be more practical. Some might involve you talking through something that’s been stuck in your head while I help you sort through it. Sometimes there’s going to be humor in the middle of it.

There’s no rigid formula. We’ll figure out what is actually useful for you.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. You just need to be willing to show up, be honest, and participate in the process.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know each other and understanding what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask about your background, current stressors, relationships, and what you’re hoping to get from therapy. You don’t need to have everything figured out. We’ll figure out where to start together.
