Anna Stosich

Hi, I am Anna Stosich, a CA licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), a Certified Clinical Trauma Clinician, a Certified Integrative Medicine and Nutrition Clinical Therapist, as well as a Heart-Centered Hypnotherapist. I specialize in the area of eating disorders and body image struggles, survivors of narcissistic abuse, adults with chronic pain/illness, and adults who have experienced short and long term trauma. I work through telehealth and offer in-person appointments on Tuesdays only in San Francisco.

I am honored to be a therapist and feel incredibly privileged to be with people on their healing journey. It is amazing to see people grow, heal, and feel whole again or for the first time ever. The 'Why do I feel like this?' and 'Who am I? is something we will explore in treatment and you deserve to know. I have been working in the mental health field for over 17 years and believe wholeheartedly in the value of the therapeutic relationship and the healing benefits of holistic therapy.

I discuss with you right from the start what your goals are and what you would like to see different in your life. I would like to know any concerns, fears, or questions that you might have and am glad to share with you anything you would like to know about myself or my practice or treatment. I would also like to know what has felt safe and positive in any past treatment and what might have been missed in any previous treatment.
