Great to meet you!

I am a Navy veteran with a Masters Degree in Clinical Counseling from Northwestern University. I specialize in working with trauma and life changes. I enjoy working with a multitude of people, and focus on reaching goals and supporting clients to live the lives they desire.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story, so I take an eclectic approach to therapy, using many modalities based on the needs of my clients. I take a holistic approach to healing, focusing on both mental and physical health. I often work with unconscious beliefs and values, bringing awareness to patterns that keep us stuck, empowering clients to move through problems to reach their goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to become more aware of their unconscious blocks so they can work through them to create the life they desire. I work with clients to create manageable steps toward goals, with built in accountability and support as they make changes. I create a warm and collaborative environment, empowering clients to have the control and power in their lives.
