My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and collaboration. I believe healing happens when people feel truly seen, heard, and supported. In our work together, I strive to create a safe space where clients can openly process their experiences, explore their emotions, and begin moving toward growth and healing.
I use a trauma-informed approach and incorporate evidence-based techniques to help clients better understand themselves, regulate emotions, and build healthier coping strategies. I often work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, substance use disorders, depression, bipolar and mood disorders, and significant life stressors.
As a Christian, I also welcome the opportunity to incorporate faith and Christian values into the counseling process for clients who desire a faith-based approach to their healing.
