Great to meet you!
Most people don't come to therapy because one thing went wrong, they come because something has been quietly accumulating. Maybe it's a worry that won't turn off, a loss that hasn't had anywhere to go, a version of themselves they don't quite recognize, or a relationship running on the same argument for the third year in a row. If any of that sounds familiar, you're in a very ordinary kind of pain, and it's workable.
I'm Anna, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and an Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I work with people ages 6 and up — kids, teens, adults, couples, and whole families — on anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relationships.
