I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and earned my master’s degree from Mercy College in New York. I encourage clients to discuss their feelings while working towards their goals openly. I engage with clients authentically with unconditional positive regard, and my approach is warm, caring, and nonjudgmental. I have 8 years of family systems therapy and experience helping clients with trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, ADHD, and interpersonal conflict.
