Great to meet you!

For over 20 years, I’ve supported vulnerable individuals through complex emotional experiences. I’m here to help you work through what matters most, even when talking feels overwhelming. My goal is to offer a compassionate, collaborative process that trusts your inner strengths and guides you toward building the life you want.

My approach to therapy

I use a holistic blend of ACT, CBT, art therapy, solution‐focused techniques, and mindfulness to help clients navigate life’s challenges. I strive to offer a warm, steady environment where you can feel understood, empowered, and supported in your growth.

What you can expect from me

When we begin working together, we will start your therapeutic journey with open communication and heartfelt respect. I will take the time to truly understand your unique story, what you hope to achieve, the steps you have taken already, what has worked and what has not, and what you want to explore next. Together we will create a safe and meaningful process that honors your experience. Our first session will be a welcoming space to begin learning about you and building trust. From there, we will collaborate closely to move toward the life you desire.
