Great to meet you!

Heyyyyy, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor (LCSW-S) in Texas with experience across crisis intervention, hospital settings, community mental health, and outpatient therapy. I’ve worked with children, adolescents, and families in high-stress and transitional moments, which allows me to bring both clinical depth and real-world understanding into the work.

I specialize in working with youth and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, life transitions, and emotional regulation. I also support parents in understanding their youth's needs while improving communication and connection within the family system.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and grounded in both compassion and accountability. I create a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out. I help clients build emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, and move through challenges with clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

You can expect honesty and a space where you feel supported but also challenged in a way that promotes real growth. Therapy with me is about doing the work by not doing it alone.
