Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm a Hmong American Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who enjoys working with teenagers and adults. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in racially diverse communities and am comfortable serving BIPOC.

My approach to therapy

My style of therapy includes being inquisitive, positive, supportive, open-minded, strength-based, and meeting you where you're at. I challenge my clients to help them learn they're stronger than they believe and invite them to have a seat at the table with me.

What you can expect from me

I utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness to help my clients learn to manage their thoughts and emotions and take control of their lives. Therapy "homework" and engagement are an important part of your success. I have skills and techniques to share with you, and am sure there are things you can teach me! I look forward to meeting you!
