I specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma, navigate family dynamics, manage neurodivergence, and explore LGBTQIA+ and gender identity concerns. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can process your emotions, rebuild self-confidence, and work toward living a more balanced, fulfilling life.
Currently, I have no evening availability. I do have some virtual and in-person availability some mornings and afternoons.
