Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience supporting young adults and neurodiverse clients as they navigate anxiety, trauma, identity questions, relationships, and life transitions. I’m warm, easy to talk to, and I use humor to help therapy feel less intimidating and more human. Many clients who struggled to connect with past therapists tell me they feel comfortable with me quickly. You can expect a space where your quirks, strengths, and lived experiences are understood and respected.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to help you feel understood and supported while also providing practical, evidence-based tools you can use right away. I believe therapy works best when it balances insight with action. My approach is collaborative, neurodiversity-affirming, and tailored to each person. I draw from ACT, CBT, EMDR, IFS, and solution-focused strategies in a flexible way that fits your communication style and goals. I value honesty, humor, and real conversations that help you understand yourself, build confidence, and feel more grounded.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other and talk about what’s been going on for you, at a pace that feels comfortable. I'll ask thoughtful questions, listen closely, and help you identify what you're hoping to get from therapy. I will begin to understand your style of communicating, whether you process out loud, need time to think, or prefer more structure. Most clients leave feeling understood, supported, and relieved that therapy can feel like a good fit.
