When anxiety, relationship challenges, overwhelming emotions, or difficulties staying focused begin affecting your daily life, it can feel exhausting trying to manage everything on your own. I work with adolescents, adults, seniors, and children navigating anxiety, ADHD, relationship issues, women's issues, and trauma.
