I work with adolescents, adults, seniors, and children navigating anxiety, ADHD, relationship issues, women's issues, and trauma. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Family Therapy, Seeking Safety, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Mindfulness Based approaches, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) concepts to support growth and healing. Together, we may explore anxiety, ADHD symptoms, relationship concerns, trauma, depression, bipolar disorder, family issues, stress management, anger management, panic symptoms, maternal mental health, grief, PTSD, and emotional regulation. Therapy focuses on helping you identify patterns, strengthen coping skills, improve communication, and create healthier ways of responding to life's challenges.
