Great to meet you!

Bring more laughter, friendships, meaning and community connection into your day to day! In clinical practice for 16 years, I work with clients who want to more clearly understand and express who they are, what they need and what they value. If you find yourself challenged by emotions and with more chaos and conflict than you prefer, we can work together on skill-building for calm, confidence and greater life-satisfaction.

My approach to therapy

My therapy style is active and engaged, with concrete strategies for improving life today, while taking a thoughtful approach to understanding the past experiences and circumstances that have shaped you. I teach evidence-based strategies from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), laugh with you at life's absurdities and love meeting your pets.

What you can expect from me

Your story can unfold at its own pace. First session, I'll work with you to identify one immediate way to ease some pain, tension or difficulty--energizing you for more focus on your longer term goals and hopes for therapy.
