Great to meet you!

You are likely exhausted from the relentless cycle of intrusive thoughts, doubt, and compulsions. When you have OCD or OCPD, your brain demands certainty, making daily life feel overwhelming and out of control. Talk therapy often isn't enough to break this cycle. My goal is to help you stop fighting your brain and start reclaiming your freedom, your time, and your peace of mind.

My approach to therapy

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a dedicated specialist in OCD and OCPD. I utilize Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), which is the gold-standard, highly active treatment for OCD. Together, we will systematically retrain your brain's response to anxiety.

What you can expect from me

Expect an active, collaborative, and judgment-free environment. We will map out how OCD is operating in your life and build a structured plan to tackle it. You will leave sessions with concrete skills to practice, knowing you have a dedicated specialist supporting you every step of the way.
