However- you are here and you are beginning your journey to heal and rebuild. I welcome the opportunity to connect with you and learn more about how I can help you. My style is warm, empathic, and collaborative.

My approach to therapy

I employ various evidence-based modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy and strengths-based interventions within a framework of supportive, straightforward, and deeply compassionate clinical care. I am a licensed clinical social worker with five years of professional experience operating within a healthcare environment with individuals and families navigating chronic illness, bereavement, and sudden life transitions. I hold specialized certifications in cognitive behavioral therapy as well as palliative and end-of-life care.
