I am a licensed professional counselor who has served in the mental health field for more than 10 years. I have worked in a variety of settings, including inpatient hospitals, outpatient therapy, crisis stabilization programs, and school-based services.
I have experience supporting clients with post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and divorce-related concerns. My approach is trauma-informed, and I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to meet each client’s individual needs.
To better understand and support my clients, I ask a wide variety of questions and review any prior assessments or completed scales. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my children, reading, and watching movies.
