Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate bilingual Licensed Mental Health Therapist fluent in both English and Spanish, dedicated to supporting the Latino community through culturally responsive, culturally competent, and stigma-free mental health care. I am passionate about increasing mental health awareness and helping to break down the barriers and stigma that often prevent individuals and families from seeking support.

I work with children and adolescents who are looking for a personalized and collaborative approach to therapy. I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to mental health treatment. Using an eclectic therapeutic style, I tailor each session to meet the unique strengths, needs, and goals of every client.

Whether you are facing personal challenges, navigating a significant life transition, managing emotional or behavioral concerns, or simply seeking a therapist who truly listens and adapts to your individual needs, I am here to support you on your journey toward healing, resilience, and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, person-centered, and focused on empowering clients through knowledge and self-understanding. I believe that when clients gain insight into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, they are better equipped to make meaningful and lasting changes in their lives. For this reason, I incorporate psychoeducation into my work, helping clients understand the underlying factors contributing to their challenges and providing practical tools they can use outside of sessions.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment! The initial session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship.
