Great to meet you!

Do you feel weighed down by old patterns, unresolved trauma, or the struggle to show up authentically in your relationships? Maybe you’re navigating addiction recovery, healing from painful experiences, or exploring ethical non-monogamy such as polyamory or multiamory. You want deeper connection but often feel unseen or misunderstood. Together, we’ll create a supportive space to release what no longer serves you, embrace your full self, and build relationships and a life that align with your values.

In our sessions, you’ll find a safe, judgment-free space to share openly and explore your goals. Using trauma-informed therapy, relational healing, and addiction counseling, I’ll help you gain clarity, build resilience, and strengthen authentic connections—always at your pace.

Taking the first step is often the hardest, but you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re ready to heal, grow, and reconnect with your most authentic self, I invite you to reach out today. Click my website link to schedule a session or learn more about how we can begin this journey together.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, blending evidence-based therapies like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with somatic practices that help connect mind and body. This allows us to address not just thoughts and feelings but also the ways your body holds experiences.

I tailor every session to you—your story, your pace, your goals—honoring the whole person: mind, body, heart, and spirit. Whether you’re working through the aftermath of rigid relational systems or embracing new ways of connecting through ethical non-monogamy or open relationships, I’m here to guide you with compassion and skill.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you’ll gain practical tools for managing emotions, setting healthy boundaries, and improving communication. You’ll develop deeper insight into your relational patterns and learn ways to cultivate connection that feels authentic and freeing.

Most importantly, many clients find they build a stronger sense of self-trust and confidence—helping them move beyond self-doubt and societal constraints toward a life that truly reflects who they are. Whether healing from past wounds or exploring new relational landscapes, my goal is to support you in living more freely, vibrantly, and authentically.
