Great to meet you!

My ideal client may be dealing with different traumas. I work well with clients who have personality disorders or might be facing different anxieties. You might be seeking growth and guidance and looking for someone who will listen with compassion in an interactive setting. I work to provide a safe and comfortable environment.

I am passionate and dedicated to assisting those recovering from spiritual and religious abuse and other traumas. I am committed to continuous professional development and have obtained training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Clinical Trauma Response.

Reaching out can be a very difficult step. But, if anything I have mentioned above rings true to you, let's chat about it and see if we might be a good fit. I look forward to working with you.

My approach to therapy

I often use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). In your first session, we will explore what brought you into therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With DBT, we will look at how your thoughts affect your behaviors and emotions. During sessions, I will help you learn how to push back against those thoughts to change your behaviors for the better.

What you can expect from me

I work with clients who may be struggling with anxiety or self-esteem issues stemming from past trauma or PTSD. During our initial session, we will discuss what brings you into therapy and collaborate to create a plan for addressing those things in such a way that helps you get your life back. Most clients see a gradual improvement within the first month and sustained betterment thereafter.
