Anne Brubacher

My approach to therapy is like me as a person: straightforward, engaged, and practical. I use humor when appropriate and try to have as good a time as possible with the process. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is the model I work from most while always having the Solution-Focused model in mind. I work with adults and young adults on issues including anxiety, relationships, communication, decision making, transitions, anger management, self confidence, depression, and contentment.

On a personal note, I've lived in Colorado for 21 years, and love to get outside in the sunshine. I still consider the plains of Kansas, where I grew up and visit often, my home. Aside from work, I spend lots of time at youth sporting events, having conversations about current events, and prioritizing exercise for mental and physical health.
