Great to meet you!

I am a Washington native and received my counseling training at Argosy University, Washington, DC campus with a Masters degree in Community Counseling. My training and experience includes working with children, families and adults, and I now work with adults exclusively.

I especially like helping with relationship concerns, career and life transitions, grief and loss, work/life balance, adult siblings of individuals with disabilities, caregivers, and depression and anxiety.

My approach to therapy

It is always an honor for me to be present with people who are willing to share their lives and experiences, their triumphs and failures. I sit with you without judgment, joining with you in your story. I ask questions to stimulate thinking about things in new ways, to invite you to think outside the box and consider new ideas or “experiments” to try to bring about change in your life.

What you can expect from me

Clients are validated, heard and stimulated to think about things in new ways. Clients are invited to draw from their own values to help them take action for meaningful change in their lies.
