Anne Clayton

Hello!

So glad you have made this first step to look into counseling! I'm Anne Clayton, LCSW and I have been working as an individual therapist since 2014 mainly in primary care settings, which has afforded me the opportunity to work with a broad spectrum of clients. I really enjoy working through the overarching themes of depression, anxiety, and trauma with clients.

I utilize a client focused approach, working to understand their environment and their strengths and needs.

Clients can expect to leave sessions with insight, direction, and encouragement. Together we will develop goals to reach the outcomes identified through the therapeutic process.
