Great to meet you!

As a therapist and a neurodivergent individual with ADHD, I understand firsthand how mental health struggles can impact all aspects of a person's life. I bring this understanding and empathy into each session. In my downtime, I enjoy a variety of hobbies. I spend time in nature, gardening in my yard, creating art, and with my two children. Curling up on the couch with a blanket while snuggling my cats is a great way to relax.

My approach to therapy

As a licensed clinical social worker, I guide people with compassion, care, and an open mind during challenging and complex life moments.

I am a client-centered, strengths-based therapist. It is a privilege to be entrusted with a person’s inner struggles. I enjoy working with adults and adolescents, as each age brings a unique experience.

What you can expect from me

I believe in meeting you where you are and tailoring our approach to best suit your needs.

Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or any other mental health concern, the goal is to work together to help you achieve a more fulfilling and authentic life.
