My name is A-J and I am so excited to be a part of your healing journey! I specialize in providing relief and reprocessing for stress, trauma, and relationship issues.

Therapy isn't always easy, but I do the best that I can to make sure that we have fun on the way. I practice some specialized approaches (EMDR, Exposure Therapy, and CBT/ACT) to treat trauma as well as anxiety, depression, and OCD. I also work with couples using Gottman Method in order to increase communication and build back that spark.
