With over 14 years of healthcare experience, I have become passionate about improving patients' mental health to enhance their quality of life. I currently work in an addiction clinic where I utilize medication-assisted treatment and focus on destigmatizing substance use through education and therapy. I also specialize in treating ADHD, mood disorders, and anxiety.

I offer a collaborative partnership in treatment where patients feel heard and understood. My goal is to empower patients as resilient explorers on their journey, providing essential tools for growth through medication management and tailored therapeutic techniques. I prioritize education about brain function and medication so patients can understand how they interact and treat symptoms.

I believe that understanding and embracing ourselves is one of life’s most transformative gifts. When people accept their deficiencies, their impossible drive for perfectionism can change direction. So, alongside goals that my patients choose, I encourage them to work on loving who they are AS THEY ARE today.
