Hello my name is Anne Marie Bryant and I am Licensed Professional Counselor in Tennessee. I work with individuals, couples and children/teens to help them with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting, trauma, grief/loss, and stress. As a social worker and worked with children in foster care system and then pursued to be a therapist to help people to learn how to cope with adversities and have the skills to continue in their life’s journey. I also, worked with the military population.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy and I took holistic approach to improve overall how the person’s functioning in their everyday life.

The clients will know their goals are and working towards them each Session on learning various coping skills and changing negative perspective.
