I am living out my lifelong passion for helping others. My background is in education and school counseling. As an LPC, I take my responsibilities seriously. I make every effort to help others find resolutions to life's challenges.

My approach to therapy

I tend to use cognitive behavioral therapy CBT for many clients. I give homework at times in order to assist clients in learning and developing new skills.
