Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Anne. I'm a licensed clinical social worker based in Philadelphia, PA. I have worked in the behavioral and mental health field for 7 years in an acute care setting, with adults ranging from ages 18 to 80 years old. Prior to this, I worked on various medical floors at hospitals in the Philadelphia area. In my free time I enjoy hiking with my dogs or finding a funky art project.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and client-centered. I believe we all have the ability to heal, grow, and build resilience. Speaking from experience, I know that asking for help can be daunting, and sometimes scary, but we all deserve to be heard. As a therapist, my goal is to create a safe space for you to be vulnerable and work through challenges to enjoy the space between where you are and where you envision

What you can expect from me

We will spend time getting to know one another, I may ask some generic questions in regard to what may have worked or not worked in the past. You can talk, I'm a good listener, and we will figure this out together! Free 15 minute consultations.
