Great to meet you!

Life can be hard for all of us and those challenges look different for everything. No one has it all figured out, myself included! Therapy offers the time and space to process the hard moments and work to find a sense of balance again.

I earned my Master's in Social Work from Boston College and bring 18 years of experience in the mental health field. Before moving into private practice, I worked in community mental health and within school systems, supporting children, teens, families, adults and fellow helping professionals.

Today my practice is centered around adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma and stress. Many of my clients are young adults working to define who they want to become often without realizing how much they already are.

My approach to therapy

I'm just as human as you are, so expect honesty and openness in a nonjudgmental space. I'm a pretty laid back therapist with an approach that is warm, conversational with a sprinkle of humor. I'm not here to "fix" anyone but to help process life and your stressors in a way that works for you. I have specialized training in Strengths Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Trauma.

What you can expect from me

Our sessions are a place where you show up exactly as you are, free of judgement and expectations. My goal is for every client to leave our session feeling seen, heard, supported, and equipped with the tools to navigate whatever life throws their way.
