Great to meet you!

Welcome! Whether you're navigating a life transition, carrying the weight of grief, or simply need someone to talk to, I'm here to help you make meaningful changes. I've been walking alongside clients in private practice for over 22 years, and I bring heart, skill, and genuine understanding to every session. As a Christian, my worldview is that we are all relational and spiritual beings — living in our bodies, using our minds, trusting our feelings, loving with our hearts, and believing in our spirit. This lens shapes everything about how I show up for clients, and my door is open to you as a safe place, whatever your background or belief.

My approach to therapy

My counseling style is interactive and collaborative. I draw on solution-oriented, emotionally focused, and reality-based techniques to help clients resolve anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and workplace concerns. I believe that therapy creates space for you to develop a deeper connection to your true feelings, more authentic communication, and healthier, more satisfying relationships. Together, we'll work to give you a clearer path forward while integrating new ways of living and relating.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, expect an open, unhurried conversation — this is a time for me to get to know you and for you to get a feel for how we might work together. I'll ask about what brought you in, what's been weighing on you, and what you're hoping to find on the other side of this. I see each person as a whole being — mind, body, heart, and spirit — and I'll meet you exactly where you are. My goal is simply that you leave feeling heard, seen, and ready to come back.
