As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in Washington and Intern in Florida, I bring a master's in clinical psychology from Capella University and a bachelor's in psychology from the University of Central Florida. With four years in the field, I've supported children to adults across various settings, focusing on a range of issues from ADHD, anxiety, depression, to life transitions.

My practice blends CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing within a person-centered, solution-focused framework. I believe in empowering clients to utilize their inner resources for change.
