Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing thoughtful, collaborative care for adolescents and adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, and life stressors. My approach is warm, inquisitive, and solution-oriented, with a focus on helping patients feel understood while also creating practical, sustainable paths toward improvement. I value taking time to look at the full picture, including emotional patterns, lifestyle factors, relationships, and overall well-being, rather than focusing only on symptoms. My goal is to create a supportive space where patients feel comfortable exploring concerns, building insight, and making meaningful progress over time.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, thoughtful, and individualized to each person’s unique needs and goals. I combine medication management with supportive, insight-oriented conversations and focus on practical strategies to improve day-to-day functioning and overall well-being. I value creating a space where patients feel comfortable being open and honest without fear of judgment. I also believe in looking at the full picture, including stress, sleep, relationships, routines, and emotional patterns, to help guide treatment in a meaningful and sustainable way.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where we take time to explore concerns in depth rather than rushing through symptoms. During the first session, I focus on understanding the full picture, including emotional health, life stressors, medical history, past treatment experiences, and personal goals for care. We’ll discuss what has been helpful or unhelpful in the past and begin creating a treatment plan that feels collaborative and realistic. My goal is for clients to leave feeling heard and understood, with a clearer sense of direction moving forward.
