Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Psychologist, Board Certified in Clinical Psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology. I truly enjoy helping clients manage stress and anxiety, cultivate loving relationships, and navigate rewarding work and career paths. I approach my work with clients with warmth, empathy, and an understanding of that a client's past experience may significantly influence present-day challenges that bring them to therapy.

My approach to therapy

In my practice, I aim to create a warm and welcoming therapeutic setting in which clients feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings openly. I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy infused with mindfulness-based interventions. I am also level 1 and 2 trained in the Gottman Method for Couples and often share tools and guidance from the Gottman Method with both individual clients and couples.

What you can expect from me

In the initial session, you can expect a warm and respectful setting. I'll ask you to tell me about why you decided to request therapy and how you think I may be able to help. I will ask about your history and past experience that you deem relevant for me to understand. If time allows, I may also ask about what you would most like to see improve in your life.
